Once you have logged into the editor click 'Upload Files' from the menu on the left.

You will now see a list of all the files in your site's downloads folder. Click 'Upload a File' at the top of the page.
Click 'Choose File', then select the file you wish to add to your site and click 'Upload File'.
The file will now be in your site's downloads folder. If you wish to link to this file from a page (click here for instructions on editing pages) the link URL will therefore be similar to 'downloads/yourfilename.pdf'.
